Products
Our Seaicon® family contains services and applications for ship and office use. The Seaicon® family is compliant with current IMO, SOLAS, ISM, ISPS and STCW regulations. Our support service will monitor these regulations and keep the system up to date. All needed crew and passenger related reports for the port and maritime authorities are available from the Seaicon®. Those reports are kept up to date and can be printed from the ship or from the office.
 
Basic survey and Auditing
Co-operation with new clients starts with a survey.  The survey is carried out by Seaicon® surveyor(s). The audit concerns the client's existing crew management, safety and security management and IT-infrastructure that is related to ISM, ISPS, STCW and MARPOL. There are three levels of audit:

The audit report will be detailed according the level of audit as ordered. The client can find also our correction suggestions in the audit report.
The audit report document could be used to help update existing arrangements to meet the requirements. The report could also be used as a base for the Seaicon® software localization plan which allows the Seaicon® to be tailored to the clients needs.
This allows Seaicon® to fit into the clients existing management, arrangements and infrastructure while complying with all current regulations.
PSC audit is survey that we do to make sure that the client and the ships have no problems with Port State Control.

Safety and security management
Following the auditing report the existing safety and security management can be updated or our ISM and ISPS compliant safety management system can be implemented.
When needed the Seaicon® will produce all safety related information and insure that crew are qualified to carry out their safety tasks. The system will also keep a record of safety and security drills.
 
Crew management
When needed the Seaicon® will together with trained personnel in the office and on board the ship will insure that every crew member has the needed training and qualifications and that the ship is correctly manned.
Crew management can access a complete on and off board crew database. Our crew management also takes care that all needed reports by authorities can be produced on board. There are company database where is a whole fleets crew and on board databases on every ship.
 
Fleet management
Our fleet management system provides tools to monitor the operating rate and onboard issues within the fleet. The system helps the company to plan efficient use of the fleet. We always tailor our applications to meet the client's requirements and comply with currently valid regulations
 
Summary
Our services and applications could be used to share company workload. We can do basic audits to make sure that things are as they should be in the authorities’ audit. Our service can also take care that these things remains as they should in the world with continuous new regulations. When needed we are the way to outsource these procedures.
